Effective: December 29, 2025

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using our website, requesting quotes, booking appointments, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SERVICES

We provide junk removal, demolition, and debris hauling services including residential junk removal, commercial debris removal, construction waste removal, estate cleanouts, appliance removal, furniture removal, yard waste removal, and recycling/donation coordination. Scope is detailed in your written estimate. Changes require written approval.

3. ESTIMATES & QUOTES

  • Free estimates valid 30 days
  • Non-binding unless accepted in writing
  • Final price may change if actual volume/weight differs from estimate
  • Estimates include itemized services, disposal fees, all costs

4. PAYMENT

Methods: Cash, check, credit cards, bank transfer

Schedule: Deposits as specified; final payment due upon completion or within 3 days of invoice

Late Fee: 1.5% monthly if not paid within 15 days

5. TIMELINE

Service dates are estimates. Same-day and next-day service available subject to availability. We're not liable for delays from weather, access issues, unexpected volume discovery, or other factors. You must provide safe work area access and clear paths to junk location.

6. LIABILITY & DAMAGE

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We're not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business opportunity
  • Damage to personal property not directly caused by our crew
  • Claims beyond our control

You assume responsibility for any injury or damage during service delivery, except from our gross negligence.

7. PROPERTY & PERSONAL ITEMS

You are responsible for:

  • Clearly identifying what to remove
  • Securing valuables and important items
  • Removing personal documents or sensitive materials
  • Confirming all items before removal

We are not responsible for:

  • Items accidentally removed due to unclear instructions
  • Loss or theft of personal property
  • Damage to personal property
  • Hazardous materials not disclosed

8. JUNK REMOVAL PROCESS

  • We assess junk and provide pricing
  • Load all junk into our vehicles
  • Transport to appropriate disposal/recycling facility
  • Dispose responsibly and eco-friendly
  • Clean work area and remove all debris

9. RECYCLING & DONATIONS

We recycle and donate usable items when possible. You may request:

  • Tax deduction receipts for donated items
  • Specific donation facilities
  • Special handling for certain items

Final disposition is our decision based on condition and market value.

10. LICENSING & INSURANCE

Licensed and insured for junk removal and hauling services in California. We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Ask for verification if needed.

11. SMS TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS about:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and schedule changes
  • Arrival time notifications
  • Service completion notifications
  • Follow-up surveys

Frequency: 1-5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates apply per your carrier.

Opting Out: Reply STOP. Reply HELP for support. Phone numbers are never shared with third parties.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, clear access to junk location
  • Identify all items to be removed clearly
  • Remove hazardous or restricted materials beforehand
  • Secure valuables before removal
  • Coordinate access if property occupied
  • Have payment method available

You must not:

  • Include hazardous materials without disclosure
  • Place junk in unsafe locations (stairs, attics without support)
  • Hide items in other junk
  • Request service then cancel within 24 hours without fee
  • Harass or discriminate against crew

13. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

You must disclose hazardous materials including:

  • Paint, chemicals, batteries, electronics
  • Asbestos or contaminated materials
  • Flammable or explosive items

We may refuse service or charge additional fees for hazardous materials.

14. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Before service: 48 hours notice = full deposit refund
  • Within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show: Full payment due
  • Rescheduling: Request at least 48 hours in advance

15. DISPUTES

  • Contact us first to resolve concerns
  • Mediation available; costs split equally
  • Legal action in Orange County, California courts
  • Binding arbitration for disputes over $5,000

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Before/after photos are our property. You may use photos personally. We may use photos in marketing unless you request otherwise. Website content is copyright protected.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You indemnify us from claims, damages, or costs from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, failure to disclose hazardous materials, or your violation of laws.
